Join us on July 1 for Sk̲wx̲wú7mesh Squamish Together, a celebration of community. Let’s remember our past, honour our traditional lands, and aim toward a brighter future together…

Sk̲wx̲wú7mesh Squamish Together is a day that celebrates our diversely rich community amongst live music, art, food and beverage, and craft from many community groups and cultures. We believe that everyone has something to contribute and that diversity is our greatest strength.

Every aspect of this event will be carefully considered to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for everyone. We are committed to creating a space where people of all backgrounds, identities and beliefs feel comfortable expressing themselves and being who they are.

We have taken steps to ensure that our event reflects the needs of everyone and is accessible to all members of our community and our visitors.  If you have specific needs or accommodations, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to make sure that you feel comfortable and can fully participate.

Musical guests will include Squamish Nation Welhtima Kexwusem song and dance group, Lil’wat Nation artist and performer Alex Wells, Local bands Little City Big Sound, Treaty 1, Will Ross and The Hairfarmers, plus performances by the Sea to Sky Dance Collective, a traditional self-defense display from the Squamish Sikh community, and youth and family entertainer Ira Pettle.

Food trucks will serve a variety of menu items and a craft beer garden will be open to those 19+. In addition to entertainment, the event will include a kids’ zone, community meet-and-greets and a X̱ex̱e7énaḵ Creators Together Market.

Join us for an inclusive and thoughtful event that celebrates togetherness! We look forward to seeing you there!
