The Downtown Squamish Business Improvement Association Presents the Inaugural Squamish Holiday Festival on Saturday, December 6!
Get ready to celebrate the holiday season at the annual Holiday Parade happening on Saturday December 6, 2025 in Downtown Squamish.
As dusk falls, watch in wonder as the streets come alive with our enchanting, family-friendly parade.
We warmly invite all community members to join in the festivities! Participate by signing up for a float by Friday, November 28. Whether you’re celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah, Winter Solstice, Yule, Kwanzaa, or simply embracing the joy of the season, we encourage you to be part of this lively, inclusive, and joyful celebration in Downtown Squamish.
Please note with the rising costs (of everything!) there will be a small $20 charge for business participation, unless you are a not for profit.
The parade will commence from the Log Sort at 39540 Galbraith Ave (end of Loggers Lane near the Yacht Club), proceeding along Vancouver Street, making a right onto Cleveland Avenue (passing Howe Sound Brew Pub), and continuing north on Cleveland to Pemberton Avenue.
We’re also encouraging all downtown shops to stay open until 7:00 PM, offering late-night shopping to enhance the vibrant festivities of the evening. Expect special promotions, giveaways, and plenty of festive cheer!
