Over the last few years, the Business Improvement Association has organized 21 Days of Christmas promoting locals to do their shopping for the holidays in Downtown Squamish as part of a #bcshoplocal campaign for small businesses and this year is no different.
This campaign is always such a great success. Research shows that BC local businesses create more than double the economic impact of their chain competitors. For every $100 spent with a BC local business, $63 is re-circulated back into our BC economy.
Each business that signs up to participate receives a ballot box, ballots and a window decal to display in their window notifying people that they are a participant in 21 Days of Christmas.
When you spend a minimum of $10 at a participating business from December 1 – 21, you are invited to fill out a ballot and are entered to win THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in prizes from the participating businesses’.
Winners are drawn on December 22nd and announced on our social media channels!
The more you shop, eat and explore in downtown Squamish, the more chances you have to win!
