Bike to Downtown Cuz We Have New Bike Racks!

Using funds from Trinity Romance Shops annual James Bondage Fundraiser, proprietor Eric Armour partnered with the DSBIA to increase the pot for his concept of a public art project for Downtown. The project in question bubbled out of the ether and took the shape of art/bike racks.

From there we commissioned two artists to come up with designs. Squamish based artist Cellaigh Pryce created the Geeves rack, and Nycki Samuels formerly of Squamish now of Saltspring Island created the bike series, which consists of a chopper, a penny-farthing, and two unicycles for all to admire.
